Dear Brothers and Sisters,
Jesus is born today!
The birth of Our Lord and Savior is the perfect time to recommit our lives to His Will. We can do this by re-consecrating ourselves to Our Blessed Mother and St. Joseph, asking them to adopt us into their holy family. Then in gratitude, let’s serve them in every moment and circumstance of our lives.
Following the example of Our Lady and St. Joseph, let’s spend this Christmas Season in adoration of the Christ Child, present in the Blessed Sacrament.
The link below is an account of the Nativity by Bl. Anne Catherine Emmerich. As you read through it, give special thanks to Our Lady and St. Joseph for all they did and endured for our salvation. Let’s ask for the grace to imitate their heroic virtues.
May our sweet Infant Jesus draw you close to His manger this day.
May Our Blessed Mother wrap you in Her mantle of protection. May St. Joseph guide you on your journey.
You are all in my heart and prayers each day.
Many blessings to you, your chapter and your families,
St. Dominic, pray for us!
